I remember your report from this last year and I want to go!! I would love to check out what is new from Yumbutter, Udi's and some of the bakeries. I don't typically buy baked goods but I love to try them :) (PS. Did you try the Paleo Cookie? thepaleocookiecompany dot com. SO GOOD!)

I want to go because I heard that's the place to be. Besides a very good friend of mine is going and I want to have fun too and look at all the yummy stuff and try some too.

I believe I have a gluten intolerance and am finding out shortly if I do. I want to learn to cook with this in mind, so my gi system can get back to normal. My husband and I are both committed to this and want to research it

I want to go because I have Celiac disease whih makes it really hard to eat out anywhere. I went last year and it was a blast to be able to learn about so many brands, get lots of samples, talk to people who have similar gluten issues and best of all to snack on new things without worrying about cross contamination.

I would love to go to this. I have gluten-free & lactose allergies. I also have to be on a low glycemic diet which seems impossible at times.

I am always looking to learn more about GF options for my 7 year old who is gluten sensitive. It has helped our whole family! My 7yo would love to come and experience a world where she can eat whatever she'd like without the possibility of an upset tummy!
Thank you! Aubrey Carpenter
