I do apologize for being late with my Health Update Thursday post! Wednesday was just insanity with the Fall Fashionista Giveaway event that was winding down to a close (So. Many. Contests.) and then because of all the giveaways I entered on Wednesday, Thursday was spent working on homework that was due Thursday evening.
So, here I sit. On Friday. Updating everyone in regards to my health status. The good news is I've been feeling pretty good as of late; of course each day brings its own challenges, but thankfully I'm at least able to get out of the house with (and sometimes without) my walker, and around this time of year, that's unheard of!
The fatigue is still pretty bad and I still have to be careful at what I eat on a day to day basis. Speaking of which I REALLY need to be better about the sugar and wheat/gluten I've been consuming...
My legs are 'temperamental' as I like to refer to them around this time of year. I have issues with weakness throughout the day; sometimes something sets it off and other times my legs are just weak for no good reason!
Usually around this time of year I'm stuck in bed and wheelchair bound for the latter part of Fall and most of Winter so being able to actually FUNCTION and get out of the house with or without my walker is a dream come true.
Let's just work on maintaining that!
