Weigh In Wednesday(5/1)



I'm joining up with Rebecca of Everyday Life in her journey to get fit and be healthier and happier! 
 Now that I've started getting active, I think the best way to STAY active is by holding myself accountable; Weigh in Wednesday will help me do that and hopefully inspire all of YOU to get active, too!

Week in Rewind


Wednesday:
  • Yoga for an hour in the morning.


Thursday:
  •  None
 
Friday:
  •  Went out with a group of friends to a local bar and danced nearly the whole time!


Saturday: 
  • 45 minutes of yoga in the morning and in the evening I went out to a different bar with a different group of friends and danced. 


Sunday:
  •  Went to pole in the morning and worked out for an hour, then afterwords I hiked with a friend for nearly 2 1/2 hours at our local state park! 2 1/2 hours!! 


Monday:
  •  None
 
Tuesday:
  • It was nearly 90 degrees today so my friend and I went out and walked around the neighborhood for an hour.




Food Report


I hate to admit this to you guys but I didn't do too well this week. A lot of eating out sadly and it shows in my complexion o.O

I'm definitely going to have to work on it this week! 
 
 



Goals: This Week vs. Last Week


Last Week's Goals:


1. Drink 6 8oz glasses of water a day(Fail)
2. Cut down on my sugar intake(Fail)
3. Recite my positive affirmations before I wake up every morning and before I go to bed every night(Fail)


This Week's Goals:

1. Drink 4 8oz glasses of water a day
2. Cut down on my sugar intake
3. Recite my positive affirmations before I wake up every morning and before I go to bed every night

so great to log in and see that all is well with you. You are truly an inspiration. I need to get in the gym and could definitely eat better. Busy with taking a class and learning portraits, so haven't posted anything as of late, but think of you often and happy to see you're still plugging away...(((hugs)))

I too have to loose weight too, and I have to say, you are such an inspiration to me!!! I am so proud of you - just making the commitment - and for your openness to 'put it all out there'!!

Glad to hear your using dancing to help you. It's the best form of exercise there is as far as I'm concerned. I love to dance myself. Keep up the good work, but be careful too! Hugs,
