Now that I've started getting active, I think the best way to STAY active is by holding myself accountable; Weigh in Wednesday will help me do that and hopefully inspire all of YOU to get active, too!

Week in Rewind
Wednesday:
- Was able to do about 45 minutes of yoga; unfortunately it wasn't the greatest workout. I need to learn more about each position and possibly put together one of my own routines to challenge myself.
Thursday:
- First day back at pole! Surprised myself with how well I did. Like one of the girls said, 'it's like riding a bike; you never forget.'
Friday:
- None
Saturday:
- None
Sunday:
- My mind was elsewhere today but I was able to get in a short walk with my friend around the block.
Monday:
- None
Tuesday:
- Nightly yoga class for an hour
Food Report
Thankfully things with food have been pretty decent; not fabulous but not horrible either. I'm sticking to a good, clean diet but I'll slip slightly more times than I'd like to admit. A few pieces of chocolate one day, a cookie with wheat the next.
Like I said, not bad by most people's standards, but still not great by MY standards.
Goals: This Week vs. Last Week
Last Week's Goals:
1. Drink 6 8oz glasses of water a day
2. Try to make at least one healthy meal for myself and my family this week
3. Recite my positive affirmations before I wake up every morning and before I go to bed every night
This Week's Goals:

2. Cut down on my sugar intake
3. Recite my positive affirmations before I wake up every morning and before I go to bed every night

keep on keeping on we will reach our goals this week for sure
Sounds good to me!! Keep up! I have been majorly slacking in exercising as I'm working 6 days on 7, but I hope this weekend to be able to go for a short run and a long walk and do some weight lifting.
Keep going girl.
I think I should do something like this to keep me accountable.
