Chicago's Fine Chocolate Show--Nov 16-18

Something truly incredible happened that I'm still in awe over-Chicago's Fine Chocolate Show is happening IN Chicago (which is close to me) IN November ON my birthday.

ON. MY. BIRTHDAY

If that is not the true definition of Kismet, I triple-dog-dare-you to give me an example of what is!

For those of you who are interested in learning more about this grand chocolatey affair, here is some information about the event:

"The National Chocolate Show and Chicago Fine Chocolate Show will premiere as the preeminent chocolate events and the only dual consumer and trade shows dedicated to the chocolate industry in the country on Friday, November 16 through Sunday, November 18, 2012 at Chicago’s Navy Pier. Endorsed by a team of elite sponsors in the industry including The French Pastry School, Fine Chocolate Industry Association (FCIA), National Confectioners Association’s Chocolate Council, American Culinary Federation (ACF) –Windy City Professional Culinarians and more, The National Chocolate Show and Chicago Fine Chocolate Show will showcase Chicago as the leader in the chocolate industry, drive advancements in chocolate and educate both audiences through two distinct events. For more information, visit www.chicagochocolatefestival.com."

At the very reasonable rate of $25 for adults and $10 for children's tickets, you really can't go wrong, especially if you're a hardcore chocoholic like I am ^.^

For those of you close enough to enjoy this event, I'd definitely look into making a day of it! But wait, there's more...

If you're a Facebook fan, you, my friend have a chance to win two free tickets every Friday from now until the show on November 16th-18th!
