Health Update Thursday(9/6)

After months of so-so H.U.T. posts, I finally have one that's good to share with you all!

Yes, I'm still having my fair share of issues, but it's leaps and bounds better than the past couple of months, which I'll most definitely take!

I'm mobile 90% of the time with or without the help of R.B.T (Rolling Blue Thunder) and or my wheelchair when I venture out of the house, which by the way, is more often lately! After a couple good days of hanging out with friends, going to flea markets and spending time at my boyfriend's house, I actually had to tell myself to slow down o.O

Yesterday was one of those slow-down days; I was able to do a detox bath and pamper myself a little bit, which was way overdue, so I'm currently clean and happy!

I've been having some pretty nasty fatigue issues though. It got so bad one day, I couldn't get up because I was too afraid I'd fall asleep or just plain pass out walking from the front room to my bedroom...Thankfully it hasn't been that bad since, but I'm still battling it daily.

There's still pain, but looking back the pain is definitely better, too. The ovary pain comes and goes as does my leg pain, back pain, and neck pain, but now that I'm actually able to function, I need to put together a exercise regimen! Boy oh boy, do I miss my exercise; I love that burn ^.^

Plus I need to build myself back up due to the fact I'm horribly deconditioned.

So far so good though *knock wood* If things continue like this, I will be one happy camper ^.^

I'm glad that you're on the way up; I think it'll just continue to get better. I'm looking forward to you being able to exercise; it's one of the best ways to bring your body back!
