Good Karmal Caramels *Review*

"Be the change we wish to see in the world." This is probably my all time favorite quote and I try to live by it; even though I'm limited in what I can do right now, I know if I put my mind to it, whether it be big or small, I have the ability to change things.

Good Karmal took Mahatma Gandhi's quote seriously and created quality caramel candies that work to touches people's lives, on caramel at a time!

About Good Karmal:

"From our very first batch, we believed that it was not enough to create delicious, buttery caramels to delight the senses — we wanted to spark imaginations and inspire our customers and ourselves to, as Mahatma Gandhi said, “be the change we wish to see in the world.” So we wrapped each handcrafted caramel with words of wisdom, and sent them out into the world."

This company started their operations in a tiny Hollywood apartment and over the years grew into such a successful entity; now they are creating their caramels which are made fresh from the finest all natural ingredients, without any additives or preservatives, beneath the big sky of Bozeman, Montana. Did I mention these beauties are gluten free, too?

Believing giving back to the Earth is the ultimate good karma, a portion of all sales they make is donated to environmental charities. In addition to their philanthropy, Good Karmal strives for being earth-friendly with their recyclable or reusable containers produced from renewable resources.

Perfect as corporate gifts, wedding or party favors, or just to give to family and friends, you can find a thoughtful, unique, and yummy gift in any price range you might have!

For this particular review, I was sent two Caramel Flavor Samplers which were beautifully packaged in a neat little cardboard container and wrapped tightly with a pretty green bow.

Not only was I impressed with the packaging, the caramels themselves were so pretty! I remember thinking, "These are just to pretty to eat." I got over that pretty fast, though ;)

I really enjoyed the fact that each caramel was wrapped in their own fortune; it's like eating a fortune cookie, but WAY better!

The caramels themselves are simply To. Die. For! This sampler boasted 6 delicious flavors: Vanilla, Sea Salt, Chocolate Sea Salt, Cafe Caramel, Caramel Apple, and Chipotle. I know what you're thinking; Chipotle!? I thought the same thing until I tried it-it's very mild and leaves a little kick of after taste. I quite enjoyed it's uniqueness!

My favorite though were the Sea Salt and the Chocolate Sea Salt ^.^
