Mailbox Monday(5/17)

Mailbox Monday divulges into the inner workings of my mailbox throughout the week. From books to jewelry to free samples to random magazines and letters-You never know what will be in the mail this week...

***********************************************************************

So, this is beautiful::
I got a letter pre-approving me for my very own brand new...

{wait for it}

Motorized Scooter!

Oh yes indeed. My mum could barely keep a straight face when she handed me the letter ;)

I don't know if I told any of you, but I had won a copy of Whip It a couple months back, to which I was SO excited for! Unfortunately, something happened to were my email didn't reach Tiaras of Tiaras & Tantrums, so another name was chosen.

Of course I didn't know this at the time and after a good month or so, I contacted Tiaras to see what was up-We realized what happened and yes, I was disappointed, but I understand things like this happen.

Well, she was too incredibly sweet and sent me a different movie for the trouble! I can't wait to watch Ladies of the House :D

Thank you so much again Tiaras!

What did you get in the mail this week?

I love the scooter story. You are now officially old.

I got the usual bills, and the vehicle registration updates from the department of transportation.

I can't recall that I got anything very exciting in last week's mail, BUT hubby got a motorized scooter offer last year, and of course I showed it to the whole family, and we all got some good hysterical laughter out of the whole situation, at hubby's expense of course!

Then again, he's 50-something, so it's a little more plausible in his case, than yours! LOL
