Health Update Thursday(2/25)

I come bearing good news on this Health Update Thursday-Well, okay, maybe not terribly exciting, good news, but it's good news none the less!

I am still finding myself recovering from last weeks bought with the little foreign invaders, which I lovingly (*she says that with considerable sarcasm*) started calling little shitheads-Unfortunately this week has proven how out of shape and deconditioned I am...

I mean, it's pretty bad >.<

I can't do much without getting winded, fatigued, or being in a considerable pain and discomfort-I know that a lot of this must be worked through to see a difference and I'm doing my best; It's just hard...

The prospect of a personal trainer came up in a conversation yesterday and I think it's a fantastic idea-I would love to be able to have a personal trainer to tell me what I need to do to start working my way back to health, but at the same time letting me know where that very thin line between overdoing it and excelling is.

I'm going to have to do some research, but I hope this can happen soon!

That's about all I have to report this week though-Like I said, nothing too terribly exciting in the way of health-Just taking it one day at a time :)

Have a fabulous Thursday everyone!

Love and Energies.
Kayla

P.s. Today is going to be light on postings-I'm SERIOUSLY far behind on a few reviews and emails so that is going to be my focus today!

Hang on in there Kayla. It's only a matter of time before it passes.

Hey Kayla, sorry to hear you're still on a limbo. A personal trainer sounds a good way to go.
I still have Michelle (my baby) really sick and in pain and that's taking a big tool on me!
Sorry if I haven't had the time to comment like I usually do, just stopping by to tell you that I'm reading you all the time and you're a big inspiration for me!

You could have fooled me lady. Looks like you are keeping pretty busy with your blog. I am glad to hear you are doing better at least. You know I'm rooting for ya!

I hear you and know exactly how you feel.
I'm so far behind, too. At this minute, I have 316 emails.... UGH!!
